Opportunity Group
Opportunity Group, with almost 10 years of experience, is the leading company in the telemarketing market. In September 2012, Opportunity welcomed its first 20 employees with a telemarketing project. Since its beginnings, it has been known for using strategies that do not exert psychological pressure on operators, and since that time the freedom given to the operator stood out positively compared to many other competing companies.
BACKGROUND
In 2013, about 80 people were employed at Opportunity. The year 2014 brought three new telemarketing projects with about 100 people per shift and the staff expanding even more with 13 more people. After 3 years on the market, Opportunity opens two new offices with locations in Koplik and the "Parruca" neighborhood. In 2015, there were 3 Opportunity offices with different telemarketing projects in meetings or contracts.
In September 2017, Opportunity turned 5 years old and in honor of these years of growth, Opportunity inaugurated the Opportunity office in Tirana and Naples in Italy. There are currently around 300 employees in Shkodër. Opportunity follows modern strategies that do not violate the rights of workers or their identity. This September, Opportunity Group celebrates 10 successful years in the market.
