Famiko Group presents two initiatives: (1) generation and launching of startups and (2) scout, engage and retain talent. The key success factors of Famiko Group are promoting new ideas and the engagement of talents and human resources with a wide range of skills and competences, thus creating a diverse work environment where different competences are integrated in order to achieve success in every project it undertakes. For every new project that the company assumes, the Board of Directors assigns a Project Manager who will follow the realization of the project. The Project Manager can use all the company's structures and resources for the realization of the project and is responsible for its success.
